How do I make an immune-boosting drink?

Be prepared that the gauze will also turn yellow. All we need to do is wash the turmeric and ginger, squeeze the juice from the lemons and grind all the ingredients in a blender. Then strain all this mass through gauze.
I pour the finished drink into small bottles of 50 – 60 ml. This is very convenient because you can always take it with you to work or for a walk.
